I was happy at first with David very nice and motivating.... but... then the owner started he's Very rude, not responsible... late all the time cancel out class just because he wants to. classes start at "8" and trainers come in late.. memenership is $60 and if u want to cancel u do not receive your $60 that is on hold for when u want to cancel...
Good luck when trying to cancel!! Gym is good, customer service needs a ton of work... i canceled my membership in May in person (because i was asked to go in) and i was advised that it had beed canseled but they would charge me one more month as part of the cancelation process. I was charged in June which i was expecting and was not charged in July which i was also expecting... the suprise came when i was charged again for August and September.... called in to see why i was still being charged and i was notified that i had never gone in to cancel in the first place...i was told again that i needed to go in person to cancel... i explained that i had done so 4 months earlier and i was told that it was not in "their" system.... keep in mind that is was the same person at the desk... after a few back and forths i dicided to go back in and cancel the membership a second time... i was reasured that the "system" that they use is fail proof which is obviously a lie... i was shown my profile and it did not have my picture, so i asked why since i had been asked in at least three occasions to take an updated picture... i then added that i thought "their system" was fail proof, to which they could not answer. I asked if there was anyone else that i could talk to to get this resolved and i was told no one.... so apparently the young lady at the counter is the sole owner, manager, and overall seeng person behind the gym... which is not true... its a shame.... i demended a canselation letter, which i should have gotten the first time, but that is on me... dont go there... i have to add that at no point was she disrespectful. .. she was just plain wrong
Great affordable price with no contract. Several exercise machines. Only thing needed for me to be a 5 star would be for the weights and dumbbells to be better organized and easier to find. Besides that, the gym is great.
